We ship to US 48 Continental States only, and we ship the orders by UPS or Truck. Please do not use PO Box address as a shipping address.

UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS delivers packages Monday to Friday and will not deliver on Saturday. This should also be taken into consideration when estimating your delivery dates. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

This will guarantee your package to be shipped via UPS and allow you to track your package online as well.

This will guarantee arrival in 3 business days and may even arrive in 2 business days.

Truck
For truck orders, we ship to "Business Address" only. To ensure punctual delivery, please let us know if you have "Loading Dock" or "Forklift". There will be $100 surcharge if you need shipping company provide liftgate service. If your "Ship-to" address is in the "Residential, Farm and Suburban Area", there may $100 surcharge applied. Also, please provide us with your "Telephone Number" and "Contact Person Name" after payment.
Returns
Please contact us first if you need to return your goods back to us, we WILL NOT process any of the return goods without a confirmation number issued by us. Please read the description carefully, or contact us if you have any questions about the products before you make your purchase. We will charge up to 25% RESTOCKING FEE if you need to return the goods that do not fit your needs.
Please note: Return shipping expense must be prepaid.
Standard Warranty
The scales are warranted to be free from defects in PARTS for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty covers United States ONLY. EITHER LABOR OR SHIPPING CHARGE IS NOT COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY.
During this period if this product is found to be defective in material, the manufacturers or one of their authorized service facilities will repair or replace defective parts, subject to the following conditions, limitations and exclusions:
1. This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable.
2. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration or accident.
3. This warranty does not apply to any defects or damage directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from the use of unauthorized replacement parts and/or service performed by unauthorized personnel.
4. This warranty does not apply to the batteries, cable, power adapter, software driver and accessories that accompanies the products.
THIS WARRANTY IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF DIGIWEIGH PROVIDED.
