DIGIWEIGH introduces the first smart label printing scale featuring a brand-new intelligent touch screen weighing indicator DWP-201A powered by an Android system. This scale has been designed for use in industrial, commercial, and logistics fields. It utilizes a high-performance 32-bit ARM processor and high-speed Sigma-Delta A/D conversion technology.

Basic Functions

◆High performance 32 bits ARM processor and high speed sigma delta A/D conversation chip

◆Graphic human-machine interface of resistance touch screen.

◆Rich serial communication interface design, 2 RS232 ports, 1 RS485 interface, compatible with Modbus RTU protocol. There are two standard USB interfaces.

◆The standard Ethernet interface is convenient to construct the IOT of cable network.

◆Standard built-in label printer for standard barcode and QR code.

◆It is equipped with standard isolating switch module with 2 inputs and relay box with 2 outputs. It can implement simple controlling function.

◆Wi-Fi interface is selected to facilitate the establishment of WLAN and Internet of things.

◆Upper and lower limit alarm output function.

◆Massive data storage (more than 10000 item IDs), local storage and query of the indicator.

◆The records of weighing (including time, name, specification and several remark fields), accumulated quantity and accumulated times can be stored, inspected and deleted.

◆Multiple operating information and error message prompts. It has the function of restoring factory settings

◆Photoelectric isolation 20mA current loop for connecting with large screen scoreboard.
